THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 439 OF CR.P.C. PAYING TO RELEASE THE PETITIONERS ON BAIL IN THE EVENT OF THEIR ARREST IN CRIME NO.168/2011 OF LASHKAR POLICE STATION, MYSORE (SC. NO.61/2011) FOR THE OFFENCE PUNISHABLE UNDER SECTION 143, 302 READ WITH 34 OF IPC.

THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

O R D E R

Petitioners are Accused No.1, 3 and 5. They are charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 148 and 302 r/w Sec 149 of IPC.

Entire case is based on circumstantial evidence. Considering the nature of offence and the

materials collected and also considering that other accused are enlarged on bail, I find that, petitioners also be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

Petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- each with two solvent sureties

for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

¶30

(ii) The petitioners shall regularly attend the Court on hearing dates.

¶31

(iii) The petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
