The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:“For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents particularly to respondent No. 5 Circle Officer Balumath to find out the case record of bearing suit No. 2364/1990 AND Suit No. 3571/1990 filed under section 87 of C.N.T. Act and provide the record/documents of the said case to the petitioner and dispose of the said case after hearing the parties forthwith (ii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents particularly respondent No. 3 Deputy Commissioner Latehar to enquiry the matter that why the Circle Officer Balumath has kept pending the aforesaid suit till date and also enquire that the circle officer Balumaht with the connivance of land gravers has fraudulently and without enquiring the matter started to issued rent receipt in favor of various person those who have no concern with the alleged land in question (iii) for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus direction the respondents to expedite the representation of the petitioner and other raiyats which has been duly received in the office of the respondents in connection of with the issuance of online rent receipt with respect to C.S. khata No. 75 AND R.S. Khata no.175.”
