1. It is grievance of the petitioner that 3rd MACP which the petitioner is entitled to w.e.f. 10.01.2024, has not been paid to him.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the documents have already been submitted but the respondents are not taking any decision.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2, Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Jharkhand, his case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed.
