By filing this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following

(A). Further issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any order appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) commanding the Respondents to release and pay to the petitioner the pending salary for the period 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020, amounting to Rs. 1,26,000 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty - Six

Thousand Only), for which the petitioner has duly rendered services as "Accounts Clerk - cumComputer Operator" under the 14th Finance Commissioner, along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum, for the period from 01.01.2020 till the date of actual payment, for the unlawful withholding of the legitimate dues of the petitioner."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation but nothing has been done.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Palamu, his case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation annexing all the documents before the Deputy Commissioner, Palamu within a period of four weeks.

6. On receipt of such representation, the Deputy Commissioner, Palamu, will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

7. If the petitioner is found entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall be extended to him within a period of four weeks thereafter.

8. If any part of the claim / representation is rejected for any reason, a detailed speaking order should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

9. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of .
