Heard the parties.

The entire dispute relates to the right, title and interest of both the parties.

Both the parties before this Court claim title by virtue of sale deeds. It is admitted that a civil suit has been filed by respondent no. 5 against this petitioner praying for cancellation of the sale deed based on which the petitioner is claiming the title. The said suit is numbered as Title Suit No. 04 of 2014 which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Seraikella. The issue here is in respect of mutation of the same land.

Considering the fact that a title suit is pending before the competent

Court, I am not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition at this stage.

The parties will co-operate in disposal of the civil suit at the earliest. Once the civil suit is decided, the revenue authorities will act in terms of judgment and decree passed by the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.

In the meantime, no third party rights over the land in question will be created.

Till disposal of the suit, status quo in the land in question has to be maintained and no further transfer of land will be made by any parties concerned.

Any correction made in the revenue records as on date, will be subject to the final decision of the suit.
