In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondent No.3 to consider the representation for correction of the name of raiyat wrongly mentioned in the Register-II and insert the name of the petitioner in Register-II pertaining to Halka No. 03, Khata No. 372, 455, 39, 95, 549, 551, 300, 546, 90, 552, 414, 244, 41, 268, 26 (new) in accordance with the order passed under Section 87 of the CNT Act, whereby the respondent No.3 has been directed to correct the name of raiyat standing in the Register-II and in his place name of the petitioner may be recorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ten applications of the petitioner have already been disposed of in his favour, but in respect of five applications, the respondents have stated that they will take appropriate steps for entering the name of petitioner in online Register.

Considering the aforesaid submission, respondents are directed to dispose of rest applications within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipts of a copy of this order by passing reasoned order.

Once the petitioner receives the reasoned order, it will be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, if the same is passed against this petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of . Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
