1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-

“ (a) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) restraining the respondents to act in pursuance of or give effect to the order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure-5) passed in U.C. 72 of 2024, since the Appellate Tribunal is presently not

functional due to the lack of quorum and the Respondent no. 3 has directed the petitioner to immediately stop all operations of the rooftop lounge and has further directed for demolition of the lounge if the application of revision is not preferred within 30 days.

(b) for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s) /direction(s) to quash/ set aside the order passed by the Respondent no.3 dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure- 5) passed in U.C. 72 of 2024.”

2. On oral instruction, Mr. L. C. N. Shahdeo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - Ranchi Municipal Corporation, Ranchi, has submitted that the order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure-5) passed in U.C. 72 of 2024, has already been withdrawn.

3. Thus, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

¶21

4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is, hereby, disposed of.

5. However, the parties are at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.

¶23

6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
