The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

(i) For issuance of appropriate Writ/Writs, Rule/Rules, Order/Orders, Direction/Directions, or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding upon and directing the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to remove the encroachment made by the Private Respondent nos. 5 & 6 over the Public Road/Public Land (Gairmazarua Aam) being recorded as Khata no- 277, Plot no- 1389, Anchal- Ratu Revenue Circle, District Ranchi, which is adjacent to the petitioner's plot & residential house Situated in Khata no. 189, Plot No-1220, Anchal- Ratu, District- Ranchi.

(ii) To further direct the respondents to take appropriate legal Action against the Private Respondent nos. 5 & 6 who have illegally encroached upon the said public land i.e public road and have thereby blocked the petitioner's access and right of way.

(iii) To direct the respondent to consider the application of the petitioners made before the Respondent nos.3 & 4”.
