By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

"a) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions upon the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and 6 to make proper arrangement of drainage near the house and shop of the petitioner so that the water of drainage will come out properly.

2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.

3. The petitioner is praying for a direction upon the respondent Authorities for proper construction of road and drainage near the house and shop of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, the best Authority to decide the grievance of the petitioner is the Mango Municipal Corporation, Mango, Jamshedpur, thus I direct the petitioner to approach the Executive Officer, Mango Municipal Corporation, Jamshedpur, by filing a fresh representation along with relevant documents.

5. Upon receipt of such representation, the Executive Officer, Mango Municipal Corporation, Jamshedpur, will consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order; and also communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands
