By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

"for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to make online entry of the land in question on the official website of Jharkhand State maintained for the records of land in terms of order dated 26.11.2008 (Annexure-2) with continuous Khatiyan in favor of the petitioner and her family members and also for issuance of the online continuous Khatiyan (Adhikar Abhilekh) including online Register II for the land in question in the name of petitioner and her family members.

appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members and not let the petitioner and her family members run from one office to another without there being any fault on the part of the petitioner and her family members.

Be further the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) especially in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure 3) of the petition which has been submitted by the petitioner before the respondent no.4 with the prayer to make online entry with regard to the land in question and/or to make necessary correction in online entry in terms with the order dated 26.11.2008 (Annexure-2) in favor of the petitioner and her family members and for open online continuous Khatiyan (Adhikar Abhilekh) including online Register II in the name of the petitioner and her family members."

2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of the order passed in terms of Section 87 of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy (CNT) Act, the Circle Officer is not entering the name of petitioner in the virtual records in respect of the land in question.

4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach respondent No.4 - Circle Officer, Baghmara Circle, District Dhanbad, by filing a fresh representation along with relevant documents.

5. Upon receipt of such representation, the Circle Officer, respondent No.4 - Circle Officer, Baghmara Circle, District Dhanbad, will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order; and also communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the representation.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands
