2. The petitioner is challenging Annexure-9 to this writ petition. Annexure-9 is an advertisement issued by Madarsa Jabbaria Alia, Kalikapur, District-Pakur for filling of the post of Alim.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Ex-Headmaster of the school and the current Committee has issued an advertisement by forging signature of

this petitioner. Thus, this advertisement needs to be quashed.

4. He further submits that present Committee is trying to appoint their kith and kin, which needs to be stopped, thus, on these grounds, he has prayed to quash the advertisement.

5. Both the grounds which the petitioner has raised cannot be considered in this writ petition at this stage. Admittedly the petitioner is the Ex-Headmaster. There is nothing to suggest in the record that the petitioner is the current member of the Managing Committee. Further from the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, I find that there is some personal grudge between the parties which led to filing of this writ petition. The petitioner infact has got no locus standi to challenge the said advertisement.

6. On these grounds, this writ petition is dismissed .
