-----20/09.06.2026 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the land belongs to the petitioners and they are in possession but the private respondents are disturbing their possession over the land in question and are creating hindrance.

The private respondents submits that the land has been settled in their favour by Bhoodan Yag Committee and they are also claiming title over the land in question.

Thus, from the arguments of the parties, it is quite clear that there is title dispute between the parties, which cannot be decided in these applications filed under Article 226 of the Constitution. Further the prayer of the petitioners injuncting the respondents from disturbing their peaceful possession of the petitioners also cannot be passed in these applications filed under Article 226 of the Constitution. 5. For the reliefs claimed by the petitioners and also for the adjudication of the title, the petitioners should approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction. 6. With the aforesaid observations, these petitions stand disposed of .
