1. Heard the parties.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) submits that it will be open to the petitioner to inspect his answer-sheet. Appropriate steps would be taken so that he can inspect the same within four weeks.

3. Considering the said submission, I direct the Secretary, Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) to allow the petitioner to inspect his answer-sheet within four weeks.

4. The petitioner will inform the Secretary, Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), the date and time when he wants to inspect the same.

¶19

5. The Secretary, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, will ensure such inspection on the date and time on which the petitioner wants to inspect.

6. After this order, the petitioner has no grievance, as he wants to only inspect the same, thus, this writ petition stands disposed of .
