By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs :-

“i) For issuance of writ/ writs direction/ directions order/ orders in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the concerned respondents to make the Online Government Revenue entries and to correct any wrong entries of the petitioners’ land situated at Nirsa Block, Dhanbad, Old Mauza no.72, Khata no.56, Plot No.532, Rakba. 95 Decimal, 533, Rakba 17 Decimal 534, Rakba 3.31 Decimal and New Mouza 72, Khata No.731, Plot No.391, 394, 395, 396, 397 as per his records available in offline Government revenue records available in Circle office Nirsa and other offices.

It is grievance of the petitioner that the data entries entered into the physical records is not matching with the data of the online entry in respect of the same land in question. He submits that direction be given to the respondents only to correct the same, for which, he has filed representation, but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if a fresh

representation is filed before the Circle Officer, Nirsa, appropriate order will be passed.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel of both the parties, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nirsa for ventilating their grievance, who in turn will consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Pending, I.A. if any, stands disposed of.
