Learned ASGI was directed to seek instruction and convey the Principal of PM-SHRI Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rikhiya, Deoghar, Mrs. Sushma Verma, to appear before this Court through virtual mode, at 02:15 P.M.

The Principal, Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rikhiya, Deoghar, appears through video conferencing. There is no complaint with regard to clarity and quality in audio or video.

By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

"for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) and direction(s) commanding upon the Respondent authority to take admission of his daughter namely, Palak Bharti, Roll No.2849103, Registration No.22020100160 in Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rikhiya, Deoghar in the category of (Scheduled Caste) S.C. of under the JNV selection Test-2026 (Class VI-summer Bound) in which, Palak Bharti daughter of the petitioner has already been qualified according to cut off score along with cut off rank in category-SC. She got cut off score is 82.5 in place of 77.5 and overall rank is 115 in place of 203. But her admission has not been taking by the respondents because her result has been published in General Category."

2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.

3. The Principal, PM-SHRI Navodaya Vidyalaya, Rikhiya, Deoghar, who is present through video conferencing, submits that Palak Bharti, daughter of the petitioner, has already been admitted in the School.

4. Learned ASGI produces the document in support of admission of petitioner's daughter in the School. The same is taken on record.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
