1. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the original petitioner namely-Ashok Kumar Gupta has died and substitution application has not been filed due to want of instruction; accordingly, this application may be disposed of with the liberty to the legal representatives of the petitioner that if at all they wish to approach appropriate authority for any grievance, whatsoever, they may do so.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that all legitimate dues have already been paid. The same has been supported by learned counsel appearing for Accountant General.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application stands disposed of. However, a liberty is given to the legal representatives of the petitioner that if at all they can point out any amount for which the original petitioner was entitled, they may approach appropriate authority.
