the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Single Judge. He points out that the matter is now posted on 18^th February, 2026 and even the pleadings are complete. Accordingly, he submits that the learned Single Judge be requested to dispose of the matter on the appointed date.
