The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 17.07.2025 passed in M.C.A No.1139 of 2025 by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV, Ranchi-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Ranchi in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No.36 of 2024, corresponding to Children Case No.09 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 376AB of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, & 8 of the POCSO Act. The case is presently pending in the court of the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV, Ranchi-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Ranchi.

It has been informed by the learned counsel for the State that the prosecution evidence is complete.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press the present criminal appeal. However, prayer has been made by him for early conclusion of the trial.
