1. The present Criminal Appeal has been preferred for quashing the order dated 24.01.2025 passed in SC/ST Case No.05 of 2025 arising out of Chutia P.S. Case No.184 of 2024 by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IIcum-Special Judge, SC/ST (PoA) Act, Ranchi whereby, the learned trial court has been pleased to take cognizance for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504, 427 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST (PoA) Act against the accused persons.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal appeal with a liberty to approach the trial court for filing Discharge Petition.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present criminal appeal is hereby, disposed of as withdrawn.

4. If any such petition is filed, then the trial court is directed to consider the same on its own merit.
