2. This petition has been filed for restoration of B.A. No. 10570 of 2025 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 17.02.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of personal reasons, the counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this court and the case was dismissed. He submits that the bail application be restored to its original file.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to the prayer for restoration is concerned.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 17.02.2026 passed in B.A. No. 10570 of 2025 dismissing the bail application is hereby recalled and B.A. No. 10570 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
6. Office is directed to place the bail application before appropriate Bench as per roster.
7. This application is accordingly disposed of.
