2. This petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 7324 of 2023 which stood dismissed on 10.06.2024 due to non-removal of defect in terms of order dated 07.05.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the defects in the writ petition could not be removed. He has referred to paragraph 7 of the present petition.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- CCL is present. He submits that there is a private respondent in this case.

5. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no notice was ever issued to the private respondent and the writ petition has been dismissed on account of non-removal of defects. The private respondent is the wife of the deceased and the petitioner is the brother of the deceased and they are fighting with respect to employment by CCL.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the cause shown with respect to non-removal of defects within the stipulated time, the time for removal of defects in W.P.(S) No. 7324 of 2023 granted vide order dated 07.05.2024 is extended till 07^th July, 2026.

7. If the defects in the writ petition are removed within the extended time, office is directed to place the writ petition before appropriate Bench as per roster.
