Reference may be made to the order dated 02^nd April 2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the amount to the tune of Rs.28,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs) has been transferred in the account of the J.K. Minerals and Developers operated by one Zafar Ali.

Learned counsel for the State has further submitted that the vehicle in question has also been returned to the petitioner by the State Authorities after cancellation of the process of auction.
