The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 109(1),132,121(1),121(2),332(a),191(2),191(3),190,326(f), 303(2), 62,61(2),285,221,125(a),125(b),224,127(2),352,351(2),351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He next submits that it has been alleged that 450-500 persons were assembled at the place of occurrence and they were demanding compensation amount of Rs. 10 lakhs for the altercation took place. He next submits that eight of the other co-accused persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 7376 of 2025 by this court.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of pelting stones upon the police force is there.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations against 450-500 persons, who were assembled at the place of occurrence and they were demanding Rs. 10 lakhs pursuant to an accident and further eight of the co-accused persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in the aforementioned A.B.A., I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur, in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
