The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case 55 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of deterring the police officials in discharging their official duties however no injury has been found on the body of the police personnel. She next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition. She also submits that one lady of family member of the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of deterring the police officials in discharging their official duties are there.

Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case 55 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
