The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with CP Case No. 1661 /2019 for the alleged offence under section 498 A of the I.P.C and 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case is arising out of the complaint case and the petitioner happened to be the husband of the complainant and there are general and omnibus allegations. He further submits that the entire family members have been made accused in this case and the other family members have already been granted bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the case is arising out of the complaint case and the petitioner happened to be the husband of the complainant.
