02 /13.07.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2026 in connection with Chauparan P.S. Case No.113 of 2026, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribagh.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was relationship between the petitioner and the victim for last three years and both are major. He has further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware as to whether the chargesheet has been submitted so far or not.

Learned counsel for the Informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner contacted the victim through Instagram and took her into confidence and established physical relationship and during those moments he made her obscene videos and photographs and made it viral in social media.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the manner in which the offence has been committed and obscene videos of the victim has been made viral as alleged, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
