The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 318(2) / 318(3) / 318(4) / 319(2) / 336(3) / 338 / 340(2) / 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 66(B) / 66(C) / 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner had informed the branch manager of the bank about receipt of money in his bank account and pursuant thereto the F.I.R. has been lodged and the petitioner for no offence has been languishing in custody since 16.06.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this court.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegations made against this petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner had informed the branch manager about receipt of money in his bank account and pursuant thereto the F.I.R. has been lodged and that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025; therefore, I am inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II at Ranchi in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No.18 of 2025.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall cooperate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
