This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Kumardungi P.S. Case No.12 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.328 of 2025, arising out of S.T.Case No.342 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the persons who are named in the FIR have been granted regular bail in BA No.1839 of 2025, BA No.4278 of 2025 and BA No.10637 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the case is registered under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 31.5.2025 and the coaccused persons have been granted regular bail, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa, in connection with Kumardungi P.S. Case No.12 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.328 of 2025, arising out of S.T.Case No.342 of 2025.
