This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.251 of 2022, registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 326, 307, 332, 333, 353, 354, 504, 506, 509, 120B of IPC, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of entering into the premises of Civil Court, Latehar.

He also submits that in identical situation, the coaccused persons have been granted regular bail in BA No.2828 of 2023, BA No.5272 of 2023 and BA No.8089 of 2023 and the petitioners are in custody since 10.12.2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioners and submits that allegations are there of questioning the authority of the judicial officer.

Considering that in identical situation the coaccused persons have been granted regular bail as aforesaid and the petitioners are in custody since 10.12.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No.251 of 2022.
