Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026, corresponding to G.R. No. 111 of 2026, S.T. No. 59 of 2026, for the offences registered under Sections 69/89 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2026 and charge sheet has been submitted on 24.02.2026 and charge has also been framed, but no witness has been examined so far. He submits that the as per the allegation, the petitioner had established physical relationship with the victim of the same village on the pretext of marriage for 4-5 years and subsequently denied to marry.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the victim has supported the allegation in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS. It has also come in the case diary that the petitioner and the victim had spent time in the Hotel also.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the charge has already been framed and it has come in the investigation that there was friendship between the petitioner and the victim and both being major, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional

Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026, corresponding to G.R. No. 111 of 2026, S.T. No. 59 of 2026, on the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall not disturb the victim in any manner. (ii) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner.

(iii) The other bailor should be his close relative.

¶18

(iv) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of his single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner.

(v) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court.
