2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No.382 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 108 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 20 years old and he is a student of BBA in Amity University, Ranchi. He further submits that the deceased was also studying in the same college and she was classmate. He then submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused as certain messages were sent by the petitioner to the deceased. He next submits that nature of messages are not disclosed and only on suspicion the petitioner has been implicated

in this case. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that in the CDR report it has come that the petitioner has called and three SMS were found in the mobile of the deceased.

Considering that the petitioner is a student of BBA in Amity University, Ranchi and only allegation is made that three SMS of the petitioner has been found in the mobile of the deceased and apart from that there is no allegation and it has been pointed out that the petitioner and deceased were classmate and in view of that I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No.382 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
