through V.C. as well as learned counsel appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No.05 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) and 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Sushant Yadav and Satyam Kumar son of the informant went for picnic on 1^st January where they have fought with each other. He further submits that allegations are there of assault upon Sushant Yadav and Satyam Kumar. He then submits that so far this petitioner is concerned there are general and omnibus allegation against him. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.08 of the petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is also named in the FIR and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.

In the FIR there is direct allegation of assault upon son of the informant upon Sushant Yadav and Satyam Kumar and so far this petitioner is concerned there are general and omnibus allegation against him and further the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.08 of the petition. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No.05 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
