2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.55 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 308(4), 351(3) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as the petitioner has raised the voice of corruption against the informant and for that the petitioner has made complaint on 29.06.2025 wherein the present FIR has been lodged on 01.04.2026. He further submits that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner the payment of the informant has been stopped by the railway and in view of that false allegation is made against the petitioner. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition and he is a social worker.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State through V.C. opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of threatening and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.

Considering that the petitioner has made a complaint on 29.06.2025 wherein the present FIR has been lodged on 01.04.2026 and it has been argued that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner the payment of the informant has been stopped and thereafter the case has been lodged and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition and it has been pointed out that the petitioner is a social worker. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.55 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
