2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that no documents regarding misappropriation or selling of said paddy was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted on 20.01.2026 and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.01.2026; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.

4. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the above, coupled with the fact that chargesheet has been submitted and there is no likelihood of early conclusion of the trial; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Hansda, J.M. at

6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
