2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 318(2)/ 318(3)/ 318(4)/ 319(2)/ 336(2)/ 336(3)/ 338/ 340(2)/ 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(B)/ 66(C)/ 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has been arrested solely on the ground that he is the account holder of one of the bank accounts allegedly stated to have been used in the commission of the offence, without any materials to establish knowledge, intention or benefit on the part of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner was unaware of the purpose for which his bank account was allegedly used. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.

4. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the above and looking to the period of custody of the petitoner; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.J.C.II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025.

6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
