2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daily Market P.S. Case No.10 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 270, 290, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the only allegation is made against the petitioner of calling the girls in the hotel. He further submits that owner of the hotel has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3697 of 2024 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He then submits that in identical situation one of the co-

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner of involving in immoral traffic.

Considering that the owner of the hotel has been granted anticipatory bail and further in identical situation one another coaccused has also been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.5(XI) of the petition and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
