the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, registered under sections 109(1), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 332(a), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 326(f), 303(2), 62, 61(2), 285, 221, 125(a), 125(b), 224, 127(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Madhupur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the allegations are made that 450-500 persons were assembled at the place of occurrence and they were demanding compensation amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- and for that altercation took place. He next submits that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.7376 of 2025. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of pelting stone upon the police.

Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and allegations are made that 450-500 persons were assembled at the place of occurrence and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition and the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid

A.B.A. and in that view of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Madhupur, in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
