02 /20.04.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Informant.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No.182 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 123, 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Deoghar.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is father-in-law and petitioner No2. is mother-in-law

of the deceased. He further submits that under misconception the case has been lodged against the petitioners as the petitioners were not residing along with their son and daughter-in-law and the allegations are made that the husband of the deceased has administered poison on her. He then submits that now a good sense has prevailed with the informant and compromise has reached between the petitioners and informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that allegations are there that poison was administered upon the daughter of the informant and pursuant to that daughter of the informant died.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the Informant submits that compromise has reached.

6. Considering that allegation is there against the son of the petitioners of administering poison upon the daughter of the informant and now they have compromised the matter and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
