2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No.192 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 395, 397, 412 and 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1^st Class, Godda.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition. He then submits that in identical situation one co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.1380 of 2024.

and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition and in identical situation one co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1^st Class, Godda in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No.192 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
