1. Heard the parties.
2. The applicant, who is in custody since 11.10.2023, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.09 of 2024, arising out of Rajmahal P.S. Case No.235 of 2023, corresponding to G.R Case No.670 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 365, 376D, 384, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Rajmahal.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application as the prosecution evidence has already been closed.
4. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.
5. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby,
disposed of as withdrawn.
