2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No.279 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1^st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the allegation of assault are made against 34 persons. He further submits that it is not known whether the injury is simple or grievous and that has not come in the order of learned Sessions Judge.

Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that specific allegations are there of assault against Arjun Sahu and Balkishor Sahu, so far other co-accused persons are concerned there are general and omnibus allegations of assault including the petitioners and there are case and counter case between the parties and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
