for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 346 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 326(g) and 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the allegations made against 50 persons including these petitioners are general and omnibus.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of making assault and even the

allegation of vandalism in the house of the informant were there.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it appears that there are general and omnibus allegations against 50 persons including these petitioners except petitioner No. 4.

So far as petitioner No. 4 is concerned, there are allegations of instigating the altercation between the parties. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner No. 4 Vimlesh Mallah. As such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

So far as petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations against them as well as 50 other persons and in that view of the matter, the petitioner Nos. 1 to 3, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
