Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S. Case No.176 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur.

It is submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on test identification parade. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely Rinku Rajvar, Manjarul Sekh, Zahiruddin Ansari and Manilal Thakur have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 9508 of 2025, B.A. No. 8910 of 2025, B.A. No. 9775 of 2025 & B.A. No. 9231 of 2025, respectively. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S. Case No.176 of 2025.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is allowed.
