2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.23 of 2024 arising out of CID Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC and under Section 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of I.T. Act, which is pending in the Court of Learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes at Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in this cyber-crime case only on the basis of suspicion and one mobile phone with one sim card has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which belongs to him but there is no evidence at all that the above mobile phone was used for the purpose of siphoning money of any of the victims through cybercrimes. It is submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in B.A. No. 7770 of 2025, B.A. No. 7555 of 2025 and B.A. No. 8628 of 2025, hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

4. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of manner of implication of the petitioner, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/(Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes at Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime Case No.23 of 2024 arising out of CID Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024.

6. Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed.
