Heard the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No.38 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.406 of 2021 (S) registered for the offences punishable under Section 392, 411 & 174A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in commission of robbery and looted cash of Rs.1430/- and two mobile phones from the driver of one truck and Rs.2,000/- from the driver of another truck. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner has not yet been put on TIP as mentioned in para-20 of this bail application. It is next submitted that charge has been framed against the petitioner. It is next submitted that the co-accused person has been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 15.12.2021 in B.A. No.12555 of 2021. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 08.09.2025 as is evident from para-16 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail.

Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No.38 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.406 of 2021 (S) with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case .
