04/ 14.01.2026 The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition. He also submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.09.2025.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition and further the petitioner is in judicial

custody since 27.09.2025, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025.
