2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He further submits that the charge has been framed and petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.01.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the facts of the case and the allegation against the petitioner; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, Gumla in connection with Gumla (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 02/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 161/2025; S.T. No. 152 of 2025.

6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
