Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 111 (2)(b), 317 (2), 317(4), 317 (5), 318 (4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) OF B.N.S, 2023 and Section 66(B), 66(c), 66(D) of I.T. Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.05.2025. He further submits on the basis of secret information cyber police had conducted raid near forest area and apprehended accused persons and on search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of each accused person. He further submits that several accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.6695/25 and 7181/2025 vide order dated 16.09.2025 and 21.08.2025 respectively.

4. Per Contra , learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts, particularly, the fact that similarly placed co-accused have already been granted bail, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara cyber crime P.S. Case No.36 of 2025.

6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
