For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the concerned respondents to demarcate the land of the petitioner under mauza Amwatikar, thana no. 255, halka no. 4 khata no. 34 plot no. 551 (rakba 1.28 acre) & plot no. 563 (rakba 0.16 acre), total rakba 1.44 acre registered in the name of great grand father of the petitioner, namely Bhagan Jolha in Khatiyan and Register 2 as the order of demarcation of the said land has been already passed in Land Demarcation Case no. 1644/2025-26 order dated 04.07.2025.

The State authorities are only the service provider. If there is no dispute and all the parties agree, then only demarcation can be done.

However, if there is any dispute, then it can only be resolved through the competent Civil Court and not by resorting to the executive power of the demarcation as the Executive Authority is only the service provider.
