letter no. 1058 dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure-10 to the writ petition) issued by the respondent no. 6, whereby (a) Letter of Intent no. 413 dated 21.02.2024 and agreement dated 04.03.2024, (b) Letter of Intent no. 414 dated 21.02.2024 and the agreement dated 04.03.2024, and (c) Letter of Intent no. 415 dated 21.02.2024 and agreement 04.03.2024 pertaining to (i) Urali & Bahera sand deposit, (ii) Kedalikalan, Patwa, Banki and Kobni sand deposits and (iii) Sahi sand deposit in the district of Chatra respectively have been cancelled with effect from 16.08.2025 and the petitioner has been directed to provide bank account details for refund of performance and additional security. Further prayer has been made for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to

conduct public hearing with respect to the aforesaid sand deposits in the district of Chatra as, according to the petitioner, the aforesaid letters and agreements are highly arbitrary and not in accordance with law.

It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the issue in question is no longer res-integra in view of the judgment rendered by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in batch of writ petitions led by W.P.(C) No. 4503 of 2025, whereby all the writ petitions have been ordered to be dismissed.

3. For the reasons stated in the aforesaid judgment which shall be read mutatis-mutandis to the facts of the instant petition, the same is accordingly dismissed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
